Chamberlain’s was founded in 1947 in Billingsgate market London, for over 70 years it has been supplying the freshest fish and seafood products to many of London’s top 5 star hotels and establishments. We pride ourselves on finding the freshest products from around the world. Our main speciality being prime fish, using fisherman from around the UK to source the best products.

We have worked with many of our clients for over 20 years including the Savoy, Claridges, Dorchester Ducasse, Hilton Park Lane, Ritz just to name a few.

Our experienced craftsmen offer a bespoke preparation service what ever your needs. Our preparation unit is within Billingsgate market which gives us the support of over 40 merchants who supply fish from around the world giving us unlimited access to every species you can imagine.

We have our own live shellfish tanks which can hold up to 1500kg of live shellfish. We constantly stock live native lobsters, crabs and langoustine of all sizes to ensure we can always supply our customers with the freshest crustaceans.
